What It Is
One Install, Not a Yearly Chore
Permanent outdoor lighting is an LED strip, not a string you clip on and pull down every year. It mounts along your roof edge, color-matched to your stucco. By day it blends into the house. By night, the same strip turns warm white, bright security white, team colors, or a full holiday look.
Clip-on strings mean buying, hanging, and storing lights every year. Permanent lighting is one install, then phone control for as long as the system runs.

Sealed Once, So Your Lights Still Work in December
A permanent system only earns its keep if it turns on every night without fail, from the first cool evening in November through the Fiesta Bowl in January. Loose clips and dangling strands are what fails on a windy night. Sealed, mounted hardware does not have that problem.
The strip sits flush and tight against the roof edge instead of hanging from clips. The cover is sealed against sun and rain, which is also why the color holds night after night without fading.

Fits Your Stucco, Tile, or Flat Roof Edge
Valley homes are mostly stucco under concrete or clay tile. Many Santa Fe and modern homes use a low roof wall with almost no overhang at all. That is exactly the roof edge where clip-on string lights run out of places to attach.
Apollo's strip mounts to the roof edge itself. That means the same system works on a tile roof in Gilbert and a flat-roof home in Scottsdale. Every roof gets checked on site first, so you know what the install looks like before anything is ordered.
HOA Review
HOA Approval: A Strip That Reads as Trim
Anthem, DC Ranch, Verrado, Eastmark, and Power Ranch are five of the Valley's most active HOAs. Each has rules on outdoor fixtures. Check your own rules first.
Review boards usually ask how visible the hardware is by day and whether the color is fixed. The strip is low-profile and color-matched, so it reads as trim, not decoration, in daylight. Every color and schedule lives in the app. If your board wants proof, we can share install details or photos.

Common Questions
Answers Before You Book Your Phoenix Install
How does it hold up to Phoenix heat and monsoon storms?
The strip mounts flush against the roof edge, and the cover is sealed against sun and rain. It is built for sustained heat, so it is not hanging where a monsoon gust can catch it.
Will it work on a tile roof or a low roof wall with little edge to mount to?
In most cases, yes. Tile roofs and low roof walls each need the fit checked on site, since every house is a little different.
Will my Phoenix-area HOA have a problem with it?
Many Valley communities have rules on outdoor fixtures. Rules differ by community. The strip is low-profile and color-matched, so it reads as trim by day.
Is it only for the holidays?
No. It runs every day - accent, security, and game day color. Holidays are just one more use. See permanent holiday lights in Phoenix.
