The Radius
A 90-Mile Coverage Area, Not Just One City
Our coverage centers on Phoenix. It reaches out about 90 miles each way. That picks up Wickenburg to the northwest and Payson to the northeast, with Casa Grande to the south. Each part of the Valley has its own roof style and HOA feel, listed below. See how installation works once you find your town.
East Valley
Built for Every East Valley Roofline, Scottsdale to Fountain Hills
Scottsdale
Scottsdale runs from Old Town's low ranch homes to golf towns like DC Ranch. Stucco homes are common here. Newer homes north of Shea often use a low roof wall with little edge - just what our strip is built to fit. Scottsdale owners often want a scene ready for game night or family visits.
Mesa
Mesa mixes old ranch homes near downtown with the newer Eastmark area near the Superstition foothills. Eastmark's stucco-and-tile homes have plenty of roof edge to mount to. Older Mesa homes often have a lower roof line. The crew checks each one on site.
Gilbert
Gilbert runs on strong HOA rules. Power Ranch is one of its biggest, with rules that cover outdoor lights. Homes here run mostly two-story stucco under tile, with wide eaves that suit our strip well. Families in Gilbert's newer streets ask for game day and holiday scenes most.
Chandler
Chandler pairs older streets near Ocotillo with newer homes built up around its tech jobs. Roofs vary block to block, from tile eaves to flat, low-wall roofs. We check the fit on site, never guess. Your free design consult starts with a quick walk of the yard.
Tempe
Tempe's homes sit older and closer together than its East Valley neighbors. Single-story homes sit near Arizona State, next to newer builds. Smaller lots mean a shorter, simpler roofline to fit. Being close to campus makes Tempe a steady game-day market too.
Fountain Hills
Fountain Hills sits in the McDowell Mountain foothills. Homes here are custom stucco on hillside lots, many with wide-open views. Some hillside lots carry extra light rules, so we check those first. A well-lit home stands out more on a hill than on a flat street.
West Valley
Built for Every West Valley Roofline, Glendale to Avondale
Glendale
Glendale is home to State Farm Stadium. It also hosts Glendale Glitters, its downtown light show. Homeowners here expect a real display each winter. Homes range from older ranch houses downtown to newer stucco homes further west.
Peoria
Peoria spans older streets and the large Vistancia area to the north. Vistancia's stucco-and-tile homes have the roof edge our strip needs. Spring training crowds at the Peoria Sports Complex give homeowners here a reason to hold team colors each spring.
Surprise
Surprise grew fast around its own spring training stadium. Most homes are stucco with concrete tile roofs. Newer construction usually offers clean, even roof edges. That makes for a simple install.
Goodyear
Goodyear also grew up around spring training baseball, with newer homes along the Loop 303 corridor. Most homes here are recent stucco construction. That tends to give the crew good, even roof edges to work with.
Buckeye
Buckeye is one of the fastest-growing cities in the Valley, built around the large Verrado area. Verrado has its own rules on outdoor lights. New stucco and tile roofs are common here.
Avondale
Avondale sits near Phoenix Raceway. It mixes older West Valley streets with newer homes. Roofs range from old, low tile to new stucco low-wall builds. Your free design consult checks which mount fits your block.
Outlying Communities
Built for Every Roofline From Queen Creek to Casa Grande
Queen Creek
Queen Creek keeps a more open, rural feel than its East Valley neighbors. Horse lots and bigger yards sit among newer streets pushing south and east. Newer stucco-and-tile homes here tend to have wide eaves, well suited to our strip.
Cave Creek
Cave Creek sits in the desert foothills north of the Valley. Homes here are custom, spread out, with a rustic desert look. Lots and roofs vary a lot, so every install starts with the crew walking the property.
Casa Grande
Casa Grande anchors the south end of our coverage, about halfway between Phoenix and Tucson. It mixes older streets with newer homes as the town has grown. It shows just how far our 90-mile radius reaches.
