Mesa, Arizona

Permanent Roofline Lighting for Mesa Homes

Install the strip once and run holiday, game day, and everyday scenes from your phone. Fitted to Mesa's mix of older ranch roofs and newer tile-roof neighborhoods.

Mesa Homes

From Downtown Ranch Streets to Eastmark

Mesa is a big city with very different housing from one side to the other, so no two installs here look the same. Older neighborhoods closer to downtown are full of single-story ranch homes, while newer master-planned areas like Eastmark, out toward the Superstition Mountains, are mostly stucco under concrete tile.

Older roofs often sit low, and some have been re-roofed more than once. Newer tile roofs give the strip a clean edge to follow. In both cases the strip mounts flush along the roofline and is color-matched to your trim. A specialist looks at your actual roof at the free design consult, so you know how the mount works on your house before you decide.

Summer in Mesa

Lights You Install Once, Not on a 100-Degree Roof

Mesa summers regularly run past 100 degrees, which is a good reason never to be up on a roof with a strand of lights in the first place.

The housing is sealed, waterproof, and anti-UV, and the LEDs are rated for 50,000+ hours. Our crew does the roof work. After that, changing a color is a tap in the app. Heat questions specific to your roof are worth raising at the consult, where we can look at how and where the strip would run.

Mesa Occasions

Cubs Spring Training, Sun Devil Season, and December Crowds

Mesa has plenty of reasons to change colors through the year.

Sloan Park hosts Cubs spring training each March, and Arizona State is a short drive west in Tempe, so team colors are a natural saved scene. In December, the Mesa Arizona Temple lights draw visitors from across the Valley, and plenty of streets nearby put on a show of their own. With zones and schedules, you can run maroon and gold on a Saturday, then switch to a full holiday display the same week without touching the roof.

Many Mesa neighborhoods, including age-restricted communities, have an association with its own approval process. Check your rules first, and read our HOA questions to bring before you install.

Zones and Schedules

Different Streets, Different Plans

Mesa homes get a plan drawn for the house, not copied from the neighbor.

A corner lot with a long side wall needs a different layout from an interior lot with a narrow front. The design step maps each side of the house, so you choose where the color goes and where it stays quiet. From there, schedules handle the daily routine: lights on at dusk, off at a set hour, and a different scene on game days. You can edit all of it later from your phone, and nothing about it requires a trip outside.
