Dust Storms and Gusts Are Part of Living in Chandler
From summer into early fall, Chandler gets the monsoon pattern the whole Valley knows: sudden wind, blowing dust, and the occasional hard rain.
String lights fastened with clips can come loose in those gusts. The strip we install mounts flush along the roofline, so there is no loose strand to snag, and the housing is waterproof and sealed. Downtown Holiday Season and Sunday Football
Downtown Chandler lights a tumbleweed Christmas tree each holiday season, so December is a time when people drive around to look at lights.
A lit roofline of your own joins in, and on football Sundays the same strip can carry Cardinals red instead. Many Chandler neighborhoods are managed by an association, including golf and age-restricted communities in the south part of the city, so check what your rules require. Rules differ by community.

What You Get Before the Crew Leaves
The install ends with an app walkthrough.
You will see how to pick a color, build a saved scene, set zones along different parts of the roof, and put a scene on a schedule. A warm white scene for everyday evenings, a football scene, and a December scene are easy ones to set up. Music sync is there for backyard parties. None of this needs a ladder, and the settings can be changed any time from your phone.
